Amelia Shelly's solo homer was the only Banshee's run through 6 innings with the Lady Fireballs.  In the 7th inning, the Banshee's loaded the bases with two outs.  Nicole Casagrand hit a clutch double to secure the lead.  Sophia Nicholson pitched superbly for a complete game and win. In the second game, an excellent Vienna Stars proved too much for the Banshee's to overcome.  In the third game, Maria Spinosa hit a walk-off home run after a lead-off walk by Lauren Lawlor to beat the Pride.  Jayme Ziegler pitched superbly for a complete game and win.

The Banshee's held their own in Florida finishing pool play at 2 wins and 1 loss.

Banshee's fought a great Aftershock team in the Semi-Finals for a close 3-2 win. 

In the championship game, the Banshee's and Sharks went 0-0 through 5 innings.  In the sixth the Sharks stepped out and secured the championship.

Great finish for the Banshee's winning the runner-up trophy.

COLD was the word of the day.  Maria Spinosa and Karlie McCreary provided excellent offense even though the Banshee's did not prevail.

Karlie McCreary and Corinne Watson combined to provide the only offense in the loss to the Sting.

Marie Spinosa had a triple and home run to ignite the offense in the Banshee's win over the Diamonds.

Daria Edwards led the offense with 3 key hits.  Karlie McCreary and Maria Spinosa contributed exceptional offensive power in the Banshee's win over the Xtreme.

Banshee's led the game 2-0 through five innings.  The Pegasus offense proved lethal in the 6th and 7th inning for the win.

Daria Edwards and Karlie McCreary provided multiple hits with extra bases for the offense resulting in a Banshee's win over the Rage.

Karlie McCreary, Maria Spinosa and Daria Edwards provided th punch in the offense while Jayme Ziegler provided exceptional pitching for the win over the Explosion.

Uncharacteristic of the Banshee's squad, the team allowed 5 unearned runs resulting in a tough loss to the Stingers.

Play was cancelled for Sunday due to inclement weather

Banshee's 14U team ran a highly successful PONY National Qualifier 10U and 12U tournament as a fundraiser for covering the cost of our winter trip to Florida.  The player's all participated in field preparations and concession stand duty. It was nice seeing the older players cheering on the Banshee's 12U team to victory on Sunday along with the 10U team.  Our organization is strong with fine athletes.

Banshee's jumped out early and never looked back in the first game.  Emily Reis pitched a good game for the win.

Banshee's continued as a team to pound the ball and run the bases in the second game.  Nicole Casagrand pitched a shut-out game.

Banshee's ended the day with a perfect 3 game win by defeating the Traveller's in the final pool play game.

Banshee's worked hard during the first bracket game on Sunday and defeated a very good Thunderbirds team taking to the last inning to get the job done.

Banshee's had to battle to the end to secure the win in a great game with the Flash.

Banshee's and Pegasus always is an exciting game.  The semi-final match-up proved to be no different with a pitching duel between Nicole Casagrand and Sam Lichtner.  This time around the Banshee's prevailed in a hard fought win.  Daria Edwards served the key triple with two RBI's to secure the lead for the Banshee's.

It was a wild ride as the Banshee's dug a hole early in the game with no hitting.  Late in the game with bases loaded in the seventh inning, Corinne Watson smashed a base clearing triple that ignited the team to victory in the Championship game.

Banshee's continued its offensive display.  Lauren Lawlor went yard for a two-run homer.  Sophia Nicholson pitched superbly for the win.

Again, it was offensive power in the 3rd game with Daria Edwards hitting a triple to the fence just short of going yard.  Jayme Ziegler demonstrated exceptional control for the win.

Banshee's jumped out offensively and played perfect defense.  Sophia Nicholson pitched superbly in the Banshee's win over the Heat.

Banshee's demonstrated offensive power.  Daria Edwards, celebrated her birthday on Sunday with a grand slam over the fence.  Maria Spinosa went yard in the next inning for a two-run shot.  Jayme Ziegler pitched shut-out ball in the Banshee's win over the Top Gun team.

Banshee's and the Blaze both demonstrated exceptional defense in the hard fought Championship game.  The Banshee's used little ball and some great running to steal the win 3-1.  Nicole Casagrand was outstanding on the mound.

Banshee's finished the weekend with a perfect 6 wins and 0 losses to secure 1st place and the Championship trophy.

Banshee's faced a tough WJ Witches in the opener.  Sophia Nicholson pitched a great game and the offense secured the win.

The Aces came out to play and battled the Banshee's with some excellent offense.  The Banshee's fought to the end for the win.

Jayme Ziegler pitched a great game and the offense proved strong in winning the third game on Saturday.

Sunday started with an offensive display of power by the Banshee's with a decisive win in the first game of elimination round.

The Banshee's and Witches. two great organizations, battled the whole game.  In the end the Banshee's held on for the win. 

Another game that went to the wire in the Semi-Final round.  The Rampage fought to the bitter end.  The Banshee's held on for the win.

While the score doesn't demonstrate the battle.  The Championship game was a close game.  The Banshee's chipped away getting 4 runs over five innings.  In the sixth inning, the bats came alive.  With bases loaded, Maria Spinosa drove a towering homer for the grand slam!!  Nicole Casagrand pitched a two hitter.
