October 2nd-3rd, 2010

 The teams listed have signed up for this tournament by accessing the PA ASA JO website/JO Tournaments/Richard Millhouse National Qualifiers/Entry Form and completing the entry form and forwarding form and check to the Tournament Director.  Ninety (90) days prior to the tournament, wait listed teams shall be accepted in place of those teams that did not fully complete the registration process.
