Proof
of Age |
Photocopies of birth certificates for all players and a
copy of team roster must be presented to the tournament
director no later then one hour prior to your teams
first game. Should be of age or under on January 1,
2008. No roster for invitational. |
Insurance |
Each
team must supply its own insurance and must give to
tournament director a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. |
Entry
Deadline |
Sunday prior to tournament date to guarantee a spot in tournament. Draw will
take place Sunday night before each tournament. |
